Senior Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh Region. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a master’s degree considered a plus, and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Apply in-depth knowledge of architectural principles, methodologies, and best practices to design and implement projects effectively.
• Demonstrate strong design capabilities and precise drawing skills, reflecting architectural creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Understand and integrate the relationship between people, the built environment, and the broader context in designs.
• Possess a thorough understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Write detailed reports, varying from moderate to complex in nature.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Technical and Language Competencies

• Proficient computer skills including computer-aided design (CAD).
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling) technologies.
• Knowledge of pre-contract processes, commercial and business aspects relevant to architectural practice.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
