Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects, primarily focusing on residential interiors. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in architectural software and collaborate directly with clients to deliver tailored design solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models employing software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Engage with clients to interpret their requirements and preferences, ensuring personalized residential interior design outcomes.
- Perform on-site evaluations to analyze existing spaces, informing renovation strategies or new construction projects.
- Prepare precise estimates covering materials, labor expenses, and project timelines.
