Role overview
Takamol Holding is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager in Riyadh to oversee important client relationships and help expand revenue from a strategic portfolio. The role focuses on nurturing long-term partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring that client needs are met with high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic and high-value accounts and support their growth over time.
- Develop trusted relationships with affluent clients and major corporate partners.
- Spot opportunities to increase business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Create account plans that support wider business goals and commercial priorities.
- Handle commercial conversations, negotiations, and partnership contracts.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth service and a strong client experience.
- Track account results and share regular business updates, performance reviews, and market observations.
- Consistently deliver on assigned sales and revenue targets, aiming to exceed them.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or Business Development.
- Background in banking or another comparable industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth individuals and large corporate accounts.
- Experience building strategic partnerships and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong capability in sales, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with polished presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle multiple key accounts in a busy environment.
