Job Summary

The Security Guard will be responsible for securing the hospitality premises by monitoring activities, controlling entry, and promptly addressing any emergencies or threats. This opportunity suits individuals seeking security roles in hotels, resorts, or related hospitality establishments in Qatar.

Primary Duties

• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of assigned areas to safeguard guests, employees, and property.
• Manage access by verifying visitor credentials and controlling entry points.
• React quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and notable irregularities in logs and reports.
• Implement and enforce organizational policies and safety standards.
• Support emergency evacuation processes and participate in drills.
• Collaborate with hotel management and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Deliver courteous service to guests while upholding security protocols.
• Inspect premises and security equipment regularly to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in security roles within hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts.
• Understanding of security regulations and safety procedures relevant to Qatar.
• Capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness during emergency situations.
• Excellent observation skills along with clear and professional communication.
• Neat and professional demeanor consistently maintained.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Holding a valid Qatar Security License is advantageous.
• Applicants with immediate availability are preferred.
