Project Description

We are looking to add an experienced Scrum Master to our Delivery team. This position involves guiding agile processes and promoting effective collaboration among team members to ensure successful project outcomes. The role demands expertise in Agile methodologies to deliver quality results efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Primary Duties

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain team coordination.
• Serve as a servant leader and mentor, promoting Agile best practices.
• Detect and resolve any impediments hindering team productivity.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate project objectives and schedules clearly.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate sprint effectiveness and foster ongoing enhancement.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure compliance with project scope and deadlines.
• Advocate for Agile methodologies within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related capacity.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred but not mandatory.
