About the Role
Join our future-focused, impact-driven, and collaborative team in the medigital division as a Scrum Master within our Digital Health sector. Based in Iserlohn, this role supports innovative digital healthcare solutions by enabling seamless teamwork across interdisciplinary groups. The position operates in a fully remote, cross-functional environment with distributed teams across Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance team autonomy and self-organization to effectively achieve project objectives.
- Ensure transparent, smooth communication within and across Scrum teams, fostering a productive workspace.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, continuously evolving these processes.
- Contribute to cross-team process improvements in software development.
- Support the practical integration of regulatory requirements into daily development workflows.
- Participate actively in requirements engineering by refining, organizing, and advancing requirement specifications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, (Industrial) Engineering, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile development teams.
- Solid expertise with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong understanding of collaborative software development environments, ideally with exposure to regulated domains like medical devices or digital therapeutics.
- Excellent communication and moderation abilities combined with problem-solving skills, empathy, and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
- Team player with initiative, responsibility, and a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
