School Bus Driver

Role Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Bus Driver responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school. The suitable applicant must possess a clean driving history, prior experience in school or passenger vehicle driving, and a sincere commitment to child safety.

Main Duties

• Drive the school bus safely along designated routes, ensuring students are picked up and dropped off punctually.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips and promptly report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain discipline and safety onboard the bus with assistance from an attendant.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and school transport safety guidelines.
• Keep the bus clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, school staff, and administration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid commercial or heavy vehicle driving license issued according to Gujarat RTO standards.
• At least one year of driving experience, ideally involving school or passenger transportation.
• A clean driving record free from serious traffic offenses.
• Good familiarity with local routes in and around Vapi.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Physically healthy and medically certified fit to drive.

અમે એક જવાબદાર અને અનુભવી બસ ડ્રાઈવર શોધી રહ્યા છીએ, જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સુરક્ષિત રીતે શાળાએ લાવવા-લઈ જવાનું કામ સંભાળી શકે. ઉમેદવાર પાસે સ્વચ્છ ડ્રાઈવિંગ રેકોર્ડ હોવો જોઈએ, શાળા અથવા મુસાફર વાહન ચલાવવાનો પહેલો અનુભવ અને બાળકોની સલામતી માટે ખરો ધ્યાન હોવો જરૂરી છે.

• શાળાની બસ સુરક્ષિત રીતે નિર્ધારિત માર્ગ પર ચલાવવી અને વિદ્યાર્થીોને સમયસર લાવવા-જવાની જવાબદારી.
• ટ્રિપ પહેલા અને પછી વાહનની ચકાસણી અને જરુર જણાય તેવા સમારકામ માટે તરત જ સૂચના આપવી.
• બસમાં શિસ્ત અને સુરક્ષા જાળવવી, સહાયકની મદદ સાથે.
• ટ્રાફિક નિયમો અને શાળા પરિવહન સુરક્ષા નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું.
• વાહન ની સાફસફાઈ જાળવવી.
• વાલીઓ, સ્ટાફ અને શાળાના વહીવટ સાથે યોગ્ય સંવાદ કરવો.
• ગુજરાત RTO પ્રમાણે માન્ય કોમર્શિયલ / હેવી વ્હીકલ લાયસન્સ જરૂરી.
• ઓછામાં ઓછો એક વર્ષનો સંબંધિત ડ્રાઇવિંગ અનુભવ.
• કોઈ મોટા ટ્રાફિક ઉલ્લંઘન વગરનો સ્વચ્છ ડ્રાઇવિંગ રેકોર્ડ.
• વાપી અને આસપાસની માર્ગોની ઓળખ.
• પ્રાથમિક વાહન જાળવણીની સમજણ હોય તો વધુ લાભદાયક.
• હાલત શારીરિક ફિટ અને ડ્રાઇવિંગ માટે તબીબી રીતે યોગ્ય હોવુ.
