Role Overview

This position involves creating, maintaining, and managing the rosters and schedules of Home Care Workers to guarantee thorough care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduling tasks for HammondAtHome, ensuring efficient and equitable allocation of care worker hours while prioritizing consistency and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate client and staff schedules effectively, managing the setup of rounds according to care worker contractual hours.
• Contribute actively as a cooperating member of the centralized support team, maintaining current data regarding care workers and system administration.

Employment Details

• This is a twelve-month full-time fixed-term maternity cover role.
• Working hours occur Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm.
• Position is based onsite in Hammondville, New South Wales, Australia.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience or formal qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or a call center environment.
• Superior time management skills with capability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in a comparable role with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, paired with exceptional communication and coordination skills.
