Job Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) consultant with 5 to 12 years of professional experience, located in major cities such as Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, focusing on process planning, batch management, material requirement planning (MRP), production capacity, shop floor control, goods movement, and bill of materials, particularly in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
- Lead analysis and design workshops to gather business requirements and craft effective client solutions.
- Act as the PPQM module lead, coordinating efforts among consultants and client teams as needed.
- Deliver product demonstrations to showcase system capabilities and illustrate business benefits to prospective clients.
- Mentor and share industry knowledge, best practices, and personal experience with clients and fellow consultants.
- Successfully complete at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience with SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
- Strong familiarity with S/4HANA, including inspection methods, sampling, and statistical process control.
- Knowledge of repetitive manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a client-facing and leadership role across multiple projects.
