Position Overview

We seek an experienced SAP CPI Implementation specialist to join EY's GDS Integration practice. This senior position offers a chance to contribute to leading projects and grow within a prestigious global firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications.
• Work on both custom and standard integration packages.
• Utilize SAP Cloud Connector and CPI cockpit effectively.
• Develop and maintain Java and Groovy scripts for integrations.
• Manage SAP CPI support operations.
• Conduct root cause analyses for recurring or critical issues, proposing effective remedies.
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing throughout project lifecycle phases and document outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with business process orchestration tools, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, SAP Process Integration/Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects encompassing requirements gathering, system landscape analysis, technical design, and interface development.
• Expertise in creating integration strategies involving both on-premise and cloud systems (SuccessFactors, S4HANA, Ariba), including data architecture and governance.
• Familiarity with various business scenarios (Application-to-Application and Business-to-Business) and working knowledge of key adapters like SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, and SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of security concepts such as SSL and PGP encryption.
• Preferred experience in Groovy scripting for integration customization.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately nine or more years of relevant development experience demonstrating a natural progression in complexity and responsibility.
• SAP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
