Job Overview

We are actively looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Salesperson to become part of our team in Khamis Mushait. The ideal individual will be responsible for engaging with customers in the store, showcasing our product range, upholding visual merchandising standards, and actively supporting the achievement of sales targets for the branch. This position demands excellent interpersonal abilities, comprehensive product understanding, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-moving retail setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to identify their needs, offer accurate product details, and provide tailored advice to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
• Drive sales by promoting products and ongoing offers, meeting personal and store sales goals, and effectively using questioning along with cross-selling and upselling techniques to close transactions.
• Ensure the store meets merchandising standards by organizing appealing product displays, restocking inventory, confirming pricing and signage accuracy, alongside maintaining cleanliness and order on the sales floor.
• Stay well-informed about product features, benefits, stock availability, and promotional offers to confidently counsel customers.
• Accurately manage cash register operations, process payments, returns, and exchanges adhering to company policies.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally, escalate as deemed necessary, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and store managers to fulfil daily operational goals, participate actively in team meetings, and foster a constructive work environment.
• Comply with cash handling, security measures, health and safety standards, and all company protocols.
• Provide management with feedback regarding customer preferences, inventory needs, product performance, and sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Abilities

• Preferably possess one or more years of experience in retail or sales, although motivated candidates with strong customer service skills are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• Strong oral communication skills in both Arabic and English to engage customers clearly and courteously.
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with efforts to build positive client relationships.
• Sales acumen to comprehend customer requirements, explain product advantages, manage objections, and meet sales objectives.
• Numeracy skills adequate to handle cash accurately and maintain precise transaction records.
• Physical stamina for standing for long periods, lifting and moving merchandise, and performing routine shop operations.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team, willingness to accommodate flexible working schedules including weekends and holidays, and adapt to evolving retail priorities.
• Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
