Overview
Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking dedicated candidates for the role of Sales Team Leader based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This position primarily involves leading and managing a sales team remotely, focusing on recruitment, activation, team development, and driving sales performance through team efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit new team members and activate them.
- Manage and develop the sales team effectively.
- Build and strengthen the team to enhance overall performance.
- Lead sales initiatives and achieve targets through team efforts.
Training and Selection Process
Selected candidates will undergo a combination of practical and theoretical on-the-job training, lasting approximately three months. Initial training, including the IRDAI exam preparation, is conducted via Zoom. The interview will also be held online through Zoom. The IRDAI examination will take place at the nearest NSEIT center to the candidate's location.
