Role Overview and Responsibilities

The role requires managing operations with a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager. Excellent communication capabilities are essential, alongside a willingness to work in rotational shifts. The candidate will oversee a workforce exceeding 100 full-time employees.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Operations Manager capacity.
Proven experience in voice-based processes.
Background in outbound sales or collections is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and adaptability to rotational shifts.
Experience managing large teams (100+ employees).

Eligibility

This position is open to individuals who have graduated from any recognized degree program.
