Join SG Oasis, a leading supplier of premium New Zealand lamb products, as a Sales Manager focused on expanding our presence in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector. This role demands developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships to achieve growth targets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the HORECA and institutional sectors.
• Achieve sales goals related to volume, value, market share and onboarding new food service accounts.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including unit head chefs, contract catering managers, buyers, admin managers, procurement leads, purchase managers, food and beverage managers, chefs, and general managers.
• Map and assess the requirements of the HORECA business to provide optimal product offerings and services that support profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and quality service standards.
• Expand the company’s product portfolio in the HORECA segment through strategic planning on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Drive business growth via B2B sales channels and develop various HORECA sub-channels effectively.
• Oversee appointment and management of stockists and distributors while leading a team.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients while attracting new clientele.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor efficiency and achievement metrics.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities to represent the brand professionally.
