Role Overview
The Sales Manager will spearhead revenue growth through the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives across diverse market segments including Corporate, Government, Leisure, Travel Trade, MICE, and Social Events. This role aims to maximize hotel occupancy, meeting space use, food and beverage revenues, and cultivate enduring business partnerships while upholding Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and yearly revenue objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within all market sectors.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Perform daily sales outreach activities including calls, meetings, and external visits.
- Conduct site visits and present hotel offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms aligned with hotel policies.
- Promote accommodations, meeting venues, restaurants, catering, and special offers.
- Manage important accounts, ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction and follow-up.
- Collaborate with revenue management and reservations to optimize profitability.
- Monitor market competition and trends to inform pricing strategies.
- Support event sales in coordination with food & beverage and events teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated client data in CRM platforms.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and contribute to business planning.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, especially within recognized international hotel chains.
- Preferred expertise in Corporate, Government, and MICE sales.
- Familiarity with the Saudi hospitality market is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driving license is desirable.
- Strong skills in hotel marketing, revenue management, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM software and hotel management systems like Opera PMS, Delphi, or Cvent is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize, problem-solve, and work autonomously under pressure.
- Organizational and team collaboration capabilities.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of sales targets (monthly and annual).
- Acquisition of new accounts and client retention.
- Revenue contribution from corporate/government accounts and events.
- Efficiency of sales calls and conversion rates.

- Role is based in a remote location in Ţurayf, Northern Frontier, Saudi Arabia.
