Job Overview
As a Sales Manager at Interiorswala based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, you will be accountable for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively leading and managing the sales team. Your role involves converting leads into confirmed interior projects while ensuring seamless customer interactions through coordination with design and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve set sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Lead and manage the sales team to boost their effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Address customer inquiries, conduct consultations, and discuss projects in detail.
- Secure new interior projects by converting prospective leads.
- Collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and generate sales performance reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, builders, and referral networks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience, including a minimum of one year managing a team.
- Background in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Furniture, Home Improvement, or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong focus on targets and customer satisfaction.
- Competency in using MS Excel and CRM tools efficiently.
