About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Assad Consulting Services, you will contribute to expanding our footprint across India by generating new business leads and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, consultants, developers, government bodies, and contractors. This position focuses on managing the complete sales cycle of projects, offering technical presentations, and leading tender negotiations while driving channel partner development and maintaining very high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects India-wide, developing annual plans and strategies for territorial growth.
- Manage end-to-end project sales processes from initial enquiry to order completion and delivery.
- Coordinate and participate in technical presentations, product demos, pre-bid meetings, and tender discussions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, builders, EPC contractors, PMCs, and government representatives.
- Recruit and supervise dealers, distributors, and channel partners, support training, and review their performance regularly.
- Create quotations and commercial proposals, negotiate costs and contract terms, and collaborate cross-functionally with estimation, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and product launches; recommend new offerings aligned with the Indian market demands.
- Maintain CRM systems for sales records, generate weekly and monthly sales reports, and analyze pipeline metrics to improve conversion rates.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably with minimum 2 years in project sales involving building materials or construction products.
- Relevant backgrounds include a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or architecture preferred) or an MBA in marketing.
- Prior exposure to B2B and institutional sales environments is advantageous.
