Role Overview
The Sales Head for Immunology will lead the immunology sales organization, nurturing a culture focused on high performance, accountability, diversity, and ongoing learning. This position requires translating franchise strategies into actionable plans and driving excellent results in sales, market share, and overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the immunology field team while fostering development through coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Transform franchise strategies into clear field execution plans with coordinated implementation across all regions.
- Drive excellent execution via leadership of frontline managers to meet sales and organizational targets.
- Enhance performance of existing brands and oversee launch readiness and commercialization for new treatments.
- Implement customer-focused engagement tactics combining face-to-face, digital, and omnichannel methods to improve customer value and experience.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness including CRM optimization, targeting, incentives, analytics, territory design, and execution metrics.
- Manage resources and budgets efficiently to maximize business impact and organization effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and healthcare developments to identify opportunities and strengthen commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, and other key functions to achieve franchise objectives.
- Participate as a strategic member of the Immunology Leadership Team shaping long-term business decisions and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, including timely reporting of adverse events and other special situations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years in direct leadership roles involving sales management, with a history of managing change, recruitment, and talent development.
- Proven customer-centric leadership experience, including development of engagement strategies that create shared value and execute commercial rigor.
- Demonstrable success driving key commercial results based on deep understanding of customer needs, including patients, healthcare providers, partners, and government.
- Experience in strategic, office-based roles such as Marketing, Market Access, or Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Track record of performance management, successfully achieving targets and managing budgets across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from €91,800 to €170,600, depending on skills and experience, reviewed periodically.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility linked to meeting specific performance criteria.

- Minimum of 14 weeks paid parental leave is provided.
