About the Role
CRUXWELD Industrial Equipments Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join their team focused on industrial welding and cutting machinery. This position operates from the office in Sector 29, Faridabad and centers on driving inbound sales through multiple online business portals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries sourced from platforms such as IndiaMART and JustDial.
- Analyze client needs to suggest appropriate welding and cutting equipment solutions.
- Provide officially sanctioned quotations along with detailed product information.
- Ensure consistent follow-up communications and keep sales records updated in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments post-order confirmation to facilitate smooth operations.
- Establish and nurture enduring professional relationships with B2B customers.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Possession of a diploma or degree is preferable.
- Proficiency in Hindi communication and fundamental English skills.
- Familiarity with email usage, Microsoft Excel, and online sales portals.
- Open to both fresh graduates and applicants with prior experience.
- Applicants must currently reside in Faridabad.
