Role Summary

We are currently looking to hire a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) for our EMEA center, based in Cork, Ireland. This role focuses on initiating contact with public companies within your region, introducing our equity compensation platform, and arranging meetings with decision makers and our Field Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to public companies to spark interest in our equity compensation management solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in virtual meetings alongside the Field Sales Representative with potential clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform to clearly communicate its advantages to executive level stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales colleagues to strategize engagement approaches.
  • Keep precise documentation of all client interactions and meetings using our CRM tools.
  • Utilize professional networking platforms including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator effectively.
  • Build collaborative relationships with JP Morgan bankers, advisors, and internal teams.
  • Achieve a booking target of 4 qualified meetings per month through multi-channel outreach (phone, network, electronic communication). Leads will be supplied.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, adept at engaging senior executives.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities paired with analytical thinking.
  • A competitive nature with a focus on results.
  • Financial knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A college degree is required.
