Sales Development Representative - Remote (Kenya-Based)

We are actively seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Kenya to join our remote team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls utilizing power or parallel dialing technologies.
• Deliver personalized voicemails and follow up diligently with prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify business owners and capital-group leads effectively.
• Coordinate appointments with vetted prospects for further engagement.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication.
• Refer qualified sales opportunities to Account Executives or senior personnel for advancement.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities using Salesforce.
• Leverage omnichannel lead generation and tracking tools to optimize prospect engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales position.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM usage.
• Familiarity with Dialpad or similar power/parallel dialing platforms.
• Experience managing omnichannel lead generation and engagement systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with a neutral English accent (voice sample required).
• Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, and relationship management.
• Highly self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment.

Technical Requirements

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation capabilities.
• Functional webcam for virtual communication.
• Computer system with minimum specifications: 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
• Primary internet connection with at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
• Backup internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Monthly salary of $1100.
• Work hours are generally from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, covering U.S. Eastern to Pacific time zones; flexibility required for early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts.
• This position is fully remote.
