Job description

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator for the Asia-Pacific region plays a commercially driven role focused on driving pipeline growth and aiding business development throughout APAC. Based in Singapore, the role involves identifying potential customers, representing the company in customer-facing scenarios, and fostering business opportunities across APAC including South Asia.

This opportunity suits early career professionals who are proactive, confident communicators with clients, and interested in building a career within legal technology, eDiscovery, and consultative sales sectors. While supporting the wider sales team with coordination tasks, the primary focus remains on lead generation, relationship building, networking, and regional marketing support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research and identify key target accounts, prospective clients, law firms, corporations, and referral partners across APAC, with particular emphasis on South Asia territories.
  • Create new leads by outbound prospecting, conducting market research, leveraging referrals, participating in events, using LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads, organize subsequent steps, and facilitate sales pipeline progression.
  • Maintain steady communication with prospects to cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Act as a client-facing representative in Singapore, supporting introductory and follow-up meetings and fostering regional relationships.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase market visibility and uncover potential leads.
  • Coordinate and contribute to meetings across APAC and South Asia, building rapport with key contacts and linking prospects to sales, account management, or technical teams as appropriate.
  • Assist in APAC-focused marketing campaigns, webinars, sponsorship activities, and other business development projects in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Help create prospect databases, outreach strategies, event follow-up plans, and collect regional market intelligence.
  • Provide local assistance for visiting sales leaders and client engagements within Singapore and the broader region.
  • Gather feedback and insights from the market to refine messaging and prioritize go-to-market efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in HubSpot, tracking contacts, companies, activities, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor the status of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and planned actions to ensure progression through the sales funnel.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with account management, operations, legal, finance, and marketing teams when opportunities require teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating confidence in professional interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities paired with a proactive, commercially-oriented mindset.
  • Competency in conducting market and account research, identifying opportunities, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with prospects.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities across different countries and time zones.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, business development, marketing, client services, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exposure to supporting events, networking activities, campaigns, or lead generation projects.
  • Interest or knowledge in legal technology, eDiscovery, investigations, data services, or legal industry sectors.
  • Familiarity with APAC commercial environments and capability to nurture relationships particularly within South Asia viewed as an advantage.
