About the Role
We are seeking a female Sales Coordinator for a newly launching fashion store located in the prime area of Tilak Nagar, Delhi-NCR. This role primarily involves managing and fulfilling orders from existing online customers rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling online customer orders and ensuring their completion.
- Managing inventory to maintain stock levels.
- Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Packing products securely for courier dispatch.
- Providing support during photo shoots as needed.
- Performing various additional tasks as assigned.
Working Conditions
The position requires dedication and passion, with a working schedule of 6 days per week, from 11 AM to 8 PM with flexible timing. This is a desk-based role at the store location.
