Position Overview

The Sales Associate role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable retail experience. You will educate customers about our product offerings, highlight store promotions and events, and support the team in meeting company objectives. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service guided by our C.H.A.R.M. service principles.
• Actively foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by sharing ideas, suggestions, and feedback.
• Assist and learn across multiple store departments including customer engagement, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, and inventory management.
• Support daily store operations such as managing the Point Of Sale (POS) system, restocking inventory, pricing adjustments including markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding cleanliness and organization standards.
• Model leadership by collaborating with Store Management to enhance personal sales performance through effective sales strategies.
• Comply with company asset protection policies covering inventory control, loss prevention, and regulatory adherence.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Educational qualification must be O Level or higher.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally within retail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Availability for flexible rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
• Basic computer skills required, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and POS system operation.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding retail environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is SGD 23,800 to SGD 27,400 per year, dependent on experience and location. This role is eligible to participate in company incentive programs and comes with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and various voluntary perks.
