Role Details

This permanent position entails managing a portfolio of rural banking clients by supporting their lending and deposit requirements. Working closely with an experienced Rural Manager, the role involves assisting with financial analysis, account management, and preparing credit submissions for both new and existing customers. This frontline position is key to providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships within the rural community.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for rural banking and industry knowledge, along with proven success in similar roles. While a tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred, the essential skills are solid financial analysis, credit writing capabilities, and experience in managing client accounts. Excellent organisational and communication skills are vital, as is the ability to handle diverse business matters and build networks effectively.
