Rostering Manager - Qatar Executive

Overview

As the Rostering Manager for Qatar Executive, you will spearhead the crew rostering operations, ensuring that rosters meet safety, compliance, and efficiency standards for a diverse, multinational crew. This role demands data-driven decision-making, strict adherence to regulatory frameworks such as EASA and QCAA, fatigue risk management, robust operational processes, and exceptional service quality aligned with Qatar Airways Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern crew rostering teams to maintain uninterrupted operational coverage for both scheduled and unscheduled flights, complying with company policies and aviation regulations.
• Conduct daily assessments of roster compliance, fatigue risks, productivity levels, cost management, and crew satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee planning and tracking of crew training schedules to ensure adherence to EASA and QCAA regulations.
• Monitor and mitigate fatigue risks by implementing strategies and fostering awareness through effective roster design and reporting.
• Maintain and update crew rostering manuals, standard operating procedures, and quick reference guides ensuring they are compliant, practical, and controlled.
• Enhance rostering processes by leveraging analytics and optimizing workflows to improve quality and service delivery.
• Prepare and manage audit readiness for internal and external regulatory inspections, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
• Uphold strong governance and compliance during regulatory oversight and inspections.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the rostering team including performance management, succession planning, and resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

• Essential experience in business aviation crew rostering or crew control.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of EASA Flight Time Limitations and crew training regulations.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years relevant experience, or 10 years rostering experience including 2 years in management roles.
• Proven leadership skills managing multinational teams with strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Solid ability to interpret and apply regulatory and operational policies.
