Job Overview
We seek a talented Roblox Developer to join our team and create compelling, high-quality Roblox games and experiences from the start. The candidate will use Roblox Studio and Lua/Luau to transform concepts into polished, playable games.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Roblox games and interactive experiences.
- Develop gameplay components such as mechanics, user interfaces, in-game shops, inventories, and progression systems.
- Write clear, efficient Luau code following best practices.
- Identify and resolve bugs and improve game performance.
- Implement monetization elements including Game Passes and Developer Products.
- Collaborate with designers and team members to bring new ideas to fruition.
- Assist with testing innovations and focus on increasing player retention and engagement.
- Leverage AI tools as appropriate to accelerate development, testing, and problem resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in Roblox Studio and Lua/Luau scripting.
- Portfolio or previous Roblox projects demonstrating skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with multiplayer frameworks and client-server architecture.
- Self-motivated with consistent delivery capability.
- Creative mindset focused on scalable game design.
- Experience with DataStore, RemoteEvents, UI development, animations, API integrations, analytics, or Roblox monetization is highly beneficial.
