Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture within the store, ensuring excellent customer experiences by:

• Assisting across multiple store functions from customer interaction to back-of-house operations.
• Delivering top-tier customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand and store atmosphere by merchandising all products effectively on the sales floor.
• Supporting stock handling by executing store receiving and processing procedures efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about customer engagement.
• Focus on customers and results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds.
