Role overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play an important hands-on role in leading by example. You may support customers at the front of the store or help maintain high standards in the warehouse area, always keeping customer needs at the centre of your work. No product expertise is required to get started; a positive, can-do attitude is valued, and training will be provided.

Store opening hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 8:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Key responsibilities

• Lead the in-store experience and set a strong example for the team.
• Help customers identify the right products and make the buying process straightforward.
• Maintain smooth daily operations, including cash handling, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock control.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep the store running well and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a supervisor or duty manager, ideally leading a small team in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn great service into sales.
• A mindset that is curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the business and its values.
• A friendly, dependable, flexible, honest, and hardworking approach.

Hourly pay may include a location allowance, which is reviewed each year and can change over time.
