About the Role
Dollarama Australia operates The Reject Shop retail stores, blending hands-on practical retail culture with global retail standards. The Renmark store is crucial in advancing this transition. As the Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, working alongside your team on the floor rather than directing from an office. This role involves hands-on stock handling, enforcing processes, and establishing clear operational standards through your actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations directly on the sales floor.
- Engage actively in stock management and process execution with your team.
- Maintain strict store standards related to presentation, stock flow, and customer service.
- Oversee sales performance, labor costs, and other expenses with a strong commercial focus.
- Develop a skilled team with clear expectations and responsibilities.
- Consistently enforce standards and address any performance issues promptly and directly.
- Guide your team through operational changes to enhance store capabilities.
