Key Duties

• Manage everyday store functions ensuring efficient operations.
• Inspire and guide store staff to provide superior customer service.
• Boost sales and operational productivity to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, prevent shrinkage, and control losses.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, audits, and legal requirements.
• Supervise store visual merchandising and overall presentation quality.
• Address customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Organize workforce scheduling and assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Use management information systems to monitor store performance and implement improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a graduate degree in any field.
• Possess 2 to 8 years of experience in retail, FMCG, quick service restaurants, hospitality, or similar customer service roles.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.
• Ready to work rotational shifts and relocate if necessary.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is between 25,000 and 40,000 Indian Rupees.
