Role overview

Eastlink is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its designated retail location in Antigonish Mall, 133 Church St, Antigonish, Nova Scotia, B2G 2E6. This role is entirely based in the store and is not a remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Learn about the company’s products, services, and promotions so you can confidently explain them to customers.
• Use product knowledge and service skills to strengthen customer relationships and encourage loyalty with every interaction.
• Help drive store sales and work toward personal sales goals.
• Act as a brand representative and guide customers toward the most suitable solution for their needs.

Compensation and benefits

• Total earning potential is estimated at $36,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on performance and incentives.
• Base pay is $18.15 per hour plus uncapped sales commissions.
