Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

Joyalukkas India Limited is seeking motivated Retail Sales Executives to join their team in multiple locations across Karnataka. The candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the jewellery retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a pleasant in-store experience.
• Assist shoppers in choosing jewellery suited to their tastes, occasions, and budget constraints.
• Provide detailed explanations about product quality, craftsmanship, gemstones, and certifications.
• Offer personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle customer questions and concerns effectively and courteously.
• Maintain the cleanliness and attractive presentation of jewellery displays and sales areas.
• Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments via cash or card, and issue bills and receipts.
• Implement store security protocols to ensure product safety and loss prevention.
• Keep abreast of current jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor products.
• Engage proactively in promotional activities, festival campaigns, and sales drives to boost revenue.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational qualification of Plus Two, Diploma, or Graduation in any discipline.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales; prior experience in jewellery retail is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and the local language; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Keen interest and knowledge in jewellery and gemstones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to meet sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
• Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
