Retail Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This position requires effective communication, customer-centric focus, teamwork, and adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage every walk-in customer to maximize conversion rates.
• Help customers understand their needs and guide them to complete sales effectively.
• Boost sales figures by cross-selling and up-selling products.
• Set and strive to meet sales targets for the allocated section.
• Collect customer feedback actively through suggestion forms and digital tablets.
• Promote the First Citizen Program and work to maximize its enrollments.
• Encourage customers to download and use the mobile app.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
• Ensure timely completion of all inventory management and stock control processes.
• Receive and appropriately display stock on the sales floor following visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain product displays through proper ironing, folding, piling, and color coordination based on visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep the assigned section clean and well-maintained.
• Secure merchandise with 100% tagging for safety.
• Handle cashiering and billing according to company procedures.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and complete all required online certifications within stipulated timelines.

Additional Information

• Salary ranges from 12500 to 14500 INR per month.
