Resort Safety Team Member Plus

Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic individuals ready to actively engage across both Accommodation and Resort Safety departments to support guests and ensure a memorable stay at Butlin's. The role demands blend of guest service excellence and security expertise to maintain a safe environment.

Key Duties and Working Hours

• Undertake diverse responsibilities spanning guest accommodation and resort safety to provide optimal guest experiences.
• Work variable shifts covering day rotations from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and night rotations from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• The position is permanent with fortnightly payment schedules.
• Live-in accommodation option may be offered to candidates aged 18+ relocating to the area.
• Roles include specific schedule: Monday and Friday nights focused on out-of-hours accommodation duties, other days dedicated to resort safety activities.

Essential Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Possession of an SIA Door Supervisor Badge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Energetic and fun-loving individuals capable of multitasking and learning in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
• Positive, people-oriented attitude with willingness to take initiative.
