Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Research Analyst / Research Assistant to contribute to our research projects by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews, market assessments, industry research, and competitor evaluations.
• Create detailed research reports, presentations, dashboards, and concise executive summaries.
• Detect trends and critical insights from extensive datasets and research results.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate research databases, documentation, and repositories.
• Support the design of surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and related research tools.
• Analyze outcomes and suggest recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
• Work collaboratively with different teams on research projects and strategic initiatives.
• Present findings using charts, graphs, visual representations, and written documentation.
• Ensure adherence to research quality standards, proper methodologies, and documentation practices.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, documentation, and analytical materials.
• Stay informed about industry advancements, new trends, and relevant publications.
• Propose process enhancements to improve research efficiency and data quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity when managing sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and report preparation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and additional data analysis or reporting software.
• Experience or familiarity with survey tools, statistical software, business intelligence, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, critical evaluation, and problem-solving abilities.
