Role overview
This position is for a Research Analyst who will support business research efforts by gathering, examining, and interpreting data to surface insights that can shape strategy and decision-making. The role works closely with internal teams to define research goals, choose suitable analysis methods, and turn findings into clear outputs that align with organizational priorities.
Key work areas
The analyst will collect information from multiple sources, clean and verify data, carry out both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and create reports, presentations, and dashboards. The role also includes spotting trends, patterns, and opportunities, assessing research outcomes, and translating evidence into practical recommendations.
Another important part of the role is tracking market movements, industry shifts, competitor actions, and relevant economic or business indicators to support planning. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand research needs, explain results clearly, and help improve research methods and reporting workflows over time.

- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, along with basic familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Capability to gather, arrange, validate, and analyze information from different sources.

- Good written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain findings in a clear and professional manner.
