Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational help to our real estate professionals and management. The role demands exceptional communication, efficient time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage travel plans for the team.
- Respond professionally and promptly to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
- Prepare, revise, and arrange business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Accurately maintain electronic records, databases, and client files.
- Schedule virtual meetings, property viewings, and other appointments.
- Assist with data entry, document handling, and transaction coordination tasks.
- Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
- Support marketing efforts by updating property listings, creating promotional materials, and managing social media content coordination.
- Track important deadlines and follow up on projects and pending tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Execute general administrative duties and offer additional assistance where required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, executive assistant, or office support role is preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-oriented and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior experience supporting executives or working with real estate professionals.
- Familiar with CRM systems, MLS platforms, or transaction management software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, DocuSign, and cloud collaboration tools.
- Basic bookkeeping, scheduling, and project coordination experience.
- Previous remote work experience.
