Job Overview
The Relationship Manager will focus on understanding clients' life insurance needs and propose fitting solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers via provided leads, generating quality revenue, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products to existing clients while maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate life insurance offerings.
- Gain new clients through company leads and contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify customers’ additional needs to cross-sell or up-sell insurance products.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold business quality.
- Produce new leads via cold calling and innovate methods to expand the client base.
- Handle applications and customer complaints, liaising efficiently with relevant teams.
- Ensure diligence to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
Applicant Requirements
- Age between 24 and 38 years.
- Possess a bike for commuting.
- Prior experience in sales and insurance industry is mandatory.
