About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, helping bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. This full-time contract position runs from July 20, 2026, to February 20, 2027, spanning six months, based onsite in Cork, County Cork, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Review resumes and arrange interviews with candidates.
- Maintain well-organized records of applicants using the recruitment database.
- Provide administrative support and assist with reporting requirements for the recruitment team.
- Utilize Excel for tracking recruitment metrics and data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
- Advanced skills in Excel along with familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and motivated approach with a genuine interest in facilitating others' job placements.
