Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will actively source and engage candidates to match with leading clients in Finance and Technology. Your duties will include conducting phone interviews, managing complete correspondence with candidates via written and verbal communication, recruiting highly qualified professionals, and creating detailed qualification profiles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach suitable candidates
• Conduct engaging telephone interviews to excite candidates about our clients
• Manage full written and phone communication with candidates
• Recruit top-qualified employees and draft comprehensive qualification profiles

Candidate Profile

• Career starters or individuals with initial experience in commercial roles or sales
• Familiarity with cold calling is advantageous
• Strong self-motivation with a drive to meet targets and grow personally and professionally
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
