Role Overview
We seek an experienced technology recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment cycle for our Mexico team with the advantage of a fully remote working setup. This role offers career progression potential in spearheading the talent acquisition function for specific business units or industry verticals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment life cycle for Tiger Analytics in Mexico.
- Source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews with panels and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to address upcoming staffing needs.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gather interview feedback, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Attract high-caliber candidates ranging from senior consultants to leadership roles.
- Plan interviews, extend offers, and negotiate terms, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
- Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies or freelance recruiters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum seven years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm with international operations, particularly in the US and Canada, is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise recruiting for roles in data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and similar tools.
- Knowledge regarding work visas and immigration processes is advantageous.
- Authorization to work in Mexico is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Personal traits: proactive, self-starter capable of independent work, adaptable in dynamic environments, detail-focused, organized, enthusiastic, personable, maintains high integrity and delivers quality results.
