Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to work remotely. The role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, business development support, and account management, with emphasis on meeting Saudization (Nitaqat) hiring requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling offer management.
• Assist business development by identifying potential clients, supporting outreach initiatives, and participating in client meetings.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand role requirements and ensure the quality of services delivered.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines, client records, and generate hiring reports.
• Support Saudization hiring targets by influencing recruitment decisions to comply with local quotas.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with familiarity of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Exhibit interest or some experience in client-facing roles such as sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Knowledge or experience with Qiwa platform and local labor regulations is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

Career Progression

The position begins with a delivery-focused role, gradually evolving over six months to encompass full responsibility for client relationships and recruitment delivery within a 360-degree desk framework.
