About the Role

We are seeking a Real Estate Telecaller to join our team in Chennai. This position involves outbound calling to potential clients to discuss our projects, including details about plot locations, pricing, special offers, and available bank loan options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce real estate projects.
• Provide detailed explanations of project features, pricing, offers, and financing options.
• Generate authentic leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up.
• Maintain continuous follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Record daily call activities and regularly update customer information.
• Respond to customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy, capable of working with tools such as Excel or CRM software.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants.
• A positive demeanor combined with strong persuasive abilities.

• Competitive salary package ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
