About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Construction / Project Manager to oversee multiple residential renovation and flip projects concurrently. The role involves managing contractors, vendors, materials, project timelines, inspections, and regular updates to ensure each property complies with our high standards of design quality, craftsmanship, budget control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee renovation projects from the initial walkthrough and scope definition through to final completion.
  • Evaluate project scopes, budgets, schedules, contractor bids, material choices, and design plans.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members effectively.
  • Perform regular site visits to verify quality, progress, safety measures, and adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
  • Identify risks and resolve field challenges swiftly, providing clear recommendations and updates to senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of project progress, invoices, change orders, photos, and all documentation using company and project management tools.
  • Ensure all properties are prepared for inspections, listing, and turnover within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to enhancing construction practices, standards, vendor relationships, and operational processes as the business grows.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in construction management or residential project management roles.
  • Proficient understanding of residential renovation processes, construction sequencing, materials, cost estimating, and design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in estimating, budgeting, and managing contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with accountability and excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of local permitting rules and inspection procedures.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, spreadsheets, shared drives, and project management software.
  • Familiarity with renovation or real estate investment software is an advantage.
  • Own a reliable personal truck and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Possess an established network of contractors or vendors in Pennsylvania or South Jersey.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned Greater Philadelphia region.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation and Benefits
