Job Overview
The Quality Inspector Level II role entails verifying that products received or manufactured meet the specified technical standards. Operating under moderate supervision, this position is critical for maintaining product integrity on the production line.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct final quality checks of products during production.
- Compare components, materials, equipment, and final products against technical criteria to detect defects.
- Isolate products that fall short of technical requirements using various measurement methods and equipment.
- Record instances of non-conformance through defined documentation systems.
- Provide training to colleagues on measurement tools, segregation techniques for defective products, and proper documentation procedures.
- Adhere to the company's established quality standards and protocols.

Educational and Professional Requirements
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent relevant experience that complies with applicable regulations. Licensing related to export or sanctions compliance may be required for this role.
Applicants should have prior work experience combined with intermediate knowledge gained through training or practical exposure. Specific expertise in inspecting Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block components is necessary.
