Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time QC Inspector to be stationed onsite in Singapore. This role involves inspecting materials, parts, and final products to confirm compliance with established engineering specs, industry norms, and company quality protocols. Daily duties include checking documentation and drawings, performing visual and measurement inspections with precision tools, and logging inspection data meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, components, and finished goods ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Review technical documents and engineering drawings to guide inspection processes.
• Perform visual examinations and dimensional checks using calibrated measurement instruments.
• Record and maintain accurate inspection results and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify defects and suggest corrective measures.
• Support ongoing quality enhancement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Communicate quality-related issues to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in conducting Quality Control inspections, including visual and measurement checks with relevant tools.
• Good understanding of Quality Assurance concepts, management systems, and proper documentation practices.
• Strong communication capabilities for effective reporting and coordination with engineering and production staff.
• Possession of a technical or engineering diploma/certificate; experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial context is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills and dedication to safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards; knowledge of ISO or related quality frameworks is beneficial.
