We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager specializing in HVAC materials and equipment procurement to join a reputed HVAC company in Mumbai. This role requires effective handling of procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and supply chain management to ensure active support for ongoing site projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Procuring HVAC-specific materials and equipment essential for site operations.
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Developing and maintaining a robust vendor network to support procurement needs.
• Managing vendor contracts and overseeing project-related supply chains to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Coordinating closely with site engineers and management teams and providing regular progress updates.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience of 8-10 years working within the HVAC industry.
• Strong vendor development skills with a well-established vendor network.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates residing locally in Mumbai to facilitate onsite coordination.
