About the Role
Join Wabtec’s Digital Intelligence Signaling & Systems team in Perth, a leader in delivering complex integrated projects related to signaling, train control, communications, and back-office solutions. This role involves collaborative office-based work supporting project and office administration at the Perth CBD location, focusing on project execution, schedule management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive administrative support covering office and project operations.
- Maintain and organize project documentation systematically.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies including stationery and equipment.
- Manage office reception duties such as handling phone switchboard, mail, packages, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with time sheet preparation, invoicing, reporting, and other general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate occupational health and safety (OH&S), human resources (HR) administration, and onboarding processes.
- Support report consolidation and operational analytics.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving workflows and enhancing team efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach suitable for a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Post-secondary education and formal administration qualifications.
- Experience with time sheet management software.
- Background in project administration.
