Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of five years managing enterprise-level software deployment projects, with preference for utility billing or client information systems.
Proven experience handling complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Thorough knowledge of software implementation frameworks, project planning, and execution strategies.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay composed in dynamic or challenging environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound decisions under pressure.
A client-oriented attitude committed to delivering outstanding service.
Familiarity and comfort working with AI-based technologies such as copilot apps, chat AI assistants, and automation tools while adhering to security and compliance requirements.
PMP certification is a beneficial qualification.
Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
Capability to work remotely while effectively supporting teams and clients across various locations.
Must be authorized to travel internationally and meet passport and visa requirements where applicable.
